Marty Allday describes himself as a shoe-leather lobbyist with a proven track record of successfully influencing governmental decisions.  He spent 6-years in Washington, DC as a political appointee in the Reagan and Bush (#41) administrations.  He later spent 10-years in a variety of positions with major employers focusing on state government and public relations management.  In 2002, he jumped ship to start his own consulting business and he now advises a variety of clients--including the Security Managers Executive Forum—on how to most effectively represent your own interests before the Texas State Legislature and other governmental agencies.
