I understand the lunch fee schedule above and are payable at the door by cash or check only or by credit card online only. Reservations made after the deadline of 5 P.M. May 19, 2008 will result in a $5.00 extra charge. Failure to cancel reservations by the deadline are still chargeable.

 

Credit Cards are accepted online through PayPal. After you submit this registration you will be given the option to pay by credit card. A PayPal account is not required to pay with credit card.
